Are all your products vegan?

Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty free!

Our offerings are crafted with vegan certified and plant-derived material. You can find lists of ingredients for each product under their individual "product description."

Do your products contain nut or tree oils?

Please be aware that certain products do contain oils derived from tree/nuts such as our Whipped Soaps. If you have any concerns about allergies, please review our individual product listings for a full list of ingredients.

My bath bombs/soap started to change colors, is this normal?

Once our products are made, they can be subjected to change in color. Due to oxidation and depending on shelf and storage life, colorants can change or become lighter. This does not mean that the quality of the product is less than or in-effective.

Will any of the bath bombs stain or leave residue on my bath tub or myself?

Our bath bombs are made with Polysorbate 80 which is a solubilizer, emulsifier, wetting agent, viscosity modifier, dispersing agent, and stabilizer. It allows oil to bind with water and will help reduce or completely leave no stains or residue behind.

Although we use. Polysorabte 80, some products may leave your tub with slight stains, residue, and may be slippery due to the infused oils. Don't be scared, this can easily be fixed with just a little soap and water!

CAUTION: We do advise all customers to be careful when getting in/out of the bath or shower after using any bath bomb or other products. Due to the infusion of oils in our products, it may leave a greasy/slippery residue on your tub/shower.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped using USPS Flat Rate Priority.

Our current shipping rate is $9.00 + tax (only for NJ).

Please allow 7-14 days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to be processed by us.

Orders can not be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are an LLC based out of New Jersey. All orders placed in the state of NJ will be subjected to sales tax.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All products are made to order!

Please allow up to 7-14 days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to be processed. After being processed, an additional 3-5 days for shipping and receiving your order. Delivery times and lengths may vary due to production/shipping delays.

How can I track my order?

When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.

Once your order is dropped off at our local USPS and scanned into the mail stream, you will receive an email to the email address used for the order with a tracking link.

What if my package/products are damaged or broken upon receiving it?

Sometimes things break in the mail. Unfortunately, once the package is out of our hands it is no longer our responsibility. 

If any items in your package arrive broken, please place a claim with USPS. You can place a claim here!

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Missing Mail Searches can be initiated seven days after the items have been sent/shipped. You may place a Missing Mail Search Order here.

If the postal service finds it, you're in luck! If not you can attempt to file a claim here.

Please keep in mind, If the USPS has checked their facilities,vehicles and have a record that your mail was delivered they are not liable to refund your shipping or replacement cost. At this point, you are a victim of mail or package theft, which is one of the fastest growing crimes in the U.S.

Packages or Mail that has been determined as delivered: Be aware that if USPS can prove that the package was delivered, you won’t be able to file a claim with them because they fulfilled their end of the bargain.

You can file a complaint with U.S. Postal Inspector. USPS has a police force that investigates mail theft. You can also file a police report with your local city or county. Keep in mind that it isn’t an urgent matter and the report should be done online or through the non-emergency phone line.

What's your return policy?


We do not accept any refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

We do not accept any refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders.

If your order has not shipped yet and you would like to switch out an item for another at the same price point, please contact us via email. Otherwise, we do not accept changes on orders.

Local delivery policy

If you are placing a local delivery, please leave a note at checkout with details on where we should leave your order upon drop off.

We highly suggest signing up for our SMS subscription to receive updates texts on your delivery.

Do you accept local deliveries?

We accept local deliveries for specific towns near our studio location.

How do I know if I quality for local delivery?

We deliver to the following locations:

Freehold, NJ

Manalapan, NJ

Colts Neck, NJ

Howell, NJ

Millstone, NJ

Neptune City, NH

Asbury Park, NJ

Delivery location is decided based on zip codes.

At checkout, you will be able to determine if your zip code is qualified or not.

When should I expect my order to be dropped off?

All orders whether shipping or local delivery are subjected to 7-14 day processing time (not including weekends or holidays).

Our products contain naturally and plant derived ingredients, oils/butters from natural nuts, seeds, fruit, and essential oils in particular may cause sensitivity or irritation. If you have any allergies please read the product ingredient descriptions carefully. We recommend to patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue if sensitivity and/or irritation occurs. In the case of pregnancy please consult with your health care professional.

Witchy Washy Bath ® is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use.
